Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR and payroll management. \xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits administration. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in using Excel, PowerBI, SAP, and budgeting platforms like Forecast. \xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. \xc2\xb7 Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. \xc2\xb7 Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy. \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of relevant HR and payroll regulations and compliance requirements. \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
