We are seeking a seasoned

Payment Hub SME

to lead the transformative

Payment Hub initiative

for our prestigious

banking client

. This vital techno-functional role requires an expert with extensive experience in

Payment Hub implementations

, specifically within environments utilizing major banking systems such as

T24, Intellect, and Murex

. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strategic business insights, driving operational excellence and fostering innovation to enhance the bank's global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Implementation & Leadership:

Drive the

Payment Hub program's

strategic execution, aligning technical solutions with the client bank's operational and strategic goals. Lead the implementation roadmap to deliver innovative and efficient payment solutions.

Service Integration:

Ensure seamless integration of the Payment Hub into the banking infrastructure, leveraging expertise in systems such as

T24, Intellect, and Murex

. Optimize system efficiency to achieve enhanced functionality and operational excellence.

APIs and Interface Expertise:

Design and implement robust APIs and interfaces adhering to

ISO20022 standards

, ensuring smooth

MT to MX migration

and efficient

straight-through processing (STP)

across banking systems.

Agile Methodology Adoption:

Apply

agile methodologies

to ensure flexibility, iterative development, and timely delivery of project milestones, adapting swiftly to challenges.

Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration:

Act as the

chief liaison

between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and successful execution across the bank's international footprint.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven Experience:

15+ years

of overall experience in financial technology and banking, with at least

10 years

in payment system implementations. Leadership in

two or more Payment Hub projects

, with a proven track record of deploying top-tier solutions and managing complex financial architectures.

Payment Schemes Expertise:

Extensive knowledge of

UAE payment schemes

, including

instant payments

and

RTGS systems

, with a demonstrated ability to develop solutions tailored to regional banking needs.

Techno-Functional Proficiency:

Expertise in

ISO20022

,

MT to MX migration

, APIs, STP, and regulatory landscapes relevant to the UAE and other key markets.

Strategic Project Leadership:

Demonstrated ability to lead

techno-functional teams

, execute strategic initiatives, and deliver high-impact results in collaboration with stakeholders.

Advanced Communication Skills:

Strong ability to communicate effectively with senior executives, including the

Head of Payments

, and foster collaboration across diverse groups.

Educational Background:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Computer Science

or a related field. * Professional certifications in
