The Role

Guildhall is seeking a skilled Payment Collector on behalf of our client, a leading company in the environmental and facilities services industry, based in Ras Al Khaimah. This role is vital in ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments from clients who have not settled invoices for services rendered. Key Responsibilities: o Follow up with clients regarding overdue payments via phone, email, or in-person visits. o Maintain detailed records of all communication and collection efforts. o Send reminders, payment notices, and final demand letters when necessary. o Investigate and resolve any invoice discrepancies or client disputes. o Collaborate with internal teams to verify service delivery and billing accuracy. o Negotiate repayment terms and establish payment plans where required. o Recommend accounts for escalation, legal action, or write-off when applicable. o Provide regular reports on aging receivables and collection progress. o Ensure all collection practices comply with UAE laws and company policies.



Requirements

Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. o Minimum 4 years of experience in debt collection, credit control, or a similar role. o Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills. o Knowledge of UAE collection laws and standard practices. o Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with accounting software is a plus. o Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage. o Must have a Valid UAE driving license.
