Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced

Accounts Payable Accountant

with strong knowledge of

Odoo ERP

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vendor payments, verifying expenses, maintaining financial records, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of all payable-related transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and process all accounts payable transactions accurately and on time. Verify invoices, purchase orders, LPOs, and payment requests. Enter, track, and reconcile expenses in

Odoo ERP

. Maintain proper vendor records and ensure timely supplier payments. Coordinate with internal departments for invoice approvals. Prepare weekly and monthly payable reports. Monitor aging reports and follow up on pending invoices. Assist in month-end closing and financial audits. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Safeguard and maintain all payable-related documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum

2-3 years

of experience in Accounts Payable.

Mandatory experience using Odoo ERP

(Accounts/Finance Modules). Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must). Experience in the

training/driving school industry

is an advantage (not mandatory).
