We are looking for a

Security Patrolling Supervisor

to oversee and manage daily security patrols, ensuring the safety and security of all assigned premises. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, observation, and communication skills, with previous experience in security supervision.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise and manage security guards on duty across assigned locations. Conduct regular patrolling and inspections to ensure compliance with security procedures. Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and access points when required. Report and respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and suspicious activities. Maintain accurate records of patrols, incidents, and staff attendance. Coordinate with management and clients to address security concerns. Ensure guards are properly uniformed, punctual, and performing assigned duties. Train and guide security staff on company policies and safety protocols.

Requirements:



Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a

Security Supervisor or Patrolling Officer

in the UAE. Must hold a valid

SIRA certificate

(mandatory). Good communication skills in

English

(Arabic or Hindi is an advantage). Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Flexible to work

day/night shifts

and on weekends if required. Physically fit and alert at all times.
