Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate patrolling security guards
Ensure regular patrols are conducted as per assigned routes and schedules
Monitor guard performance, attendance, and discipline
Ensure compliance with SIRA regulations and company policies
Report incidents, emergencies, and security breaches immediately
Prepare daily and monthly patrol reports
Conduct site inspections and security checks
Train and guide guards on patrolling procedures and safety standards
Coordinate with operations and control room teams
Requirements:
Valid
SIRA Supervisor Certificate
(mandatory)
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in security operations
Strong knowledge of patrolling procedures and security protocols
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Leadership and team management skills
Ability to work flexible shifts and under pressure
Clean disciplinary record
