We are seeking a vigilant and customer-focused

Patrol Guard

to join our team and ensure the safety, security, and well-being of our tenants and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular and thorough patrols of tenant floors, stairwells, rooftops, technical rooms, and other designated areas using a structured patrolling checklist. Identify, record, and report any health, safety, or security risks during patrols. Assist tenants, contractors, and visitors as required, providing excellent customer service. Respond promptly to emergency situations, ensuring efficient and effective action as per response protocols. Perform inspections of fire exits, technical rooms, staircases, emergency lighting, and other safety-critical areas to ensure compliance and functionality. Report all security issues, incidents, and accidents to the Command Centre and Security Site Supervisor. Assist emergency services such as police, Civil Defense, ambulance, and others when necessary. Conduct visual inspections of Fire Alarm systems, elevators, and escalators to ensure proper functionality. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of technical rooms, staircases, and other areas. Assist with fire watch duties, lost and found procedures, and escort duties as required.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills with a professional and customer-oriented approach. Excellent grooming standards. Ability to follow detailed procedures and protocols. Previous experience in security or a related field Basic understanding of health and safety protocols is a plus.

Emergency Responsibilities:

Guide tenants and visitors to the nearest fire exits and assembly points during evacuation. Assist fire wardens in clearing areas and ensuring safety during emergencies. Ensure proper use and closure of fire exit doors.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
