Job Description

*To develop a schedule of audits, risk management program in order to identify, assess and reduce any adverse events, medication errors and other patient safety subjects

*Develop reports on different safety and risk activities and disseminate them internally and externally

*Measures outcome of care to assess performance, with a special focus on patient safety

*Implementing patient safety improvement projects

Qualifications:

*Has minimum of 3-5 years of related experience

*Locally available with transferable visa/RP

*Can join immediately
