Pre-Patient Relative Executive Staff
, you will play a critical role in ensuring that patients and their relatives have a smooth and seamless experience before receiving treatment. You will be responsible for assisting relatives with appointment scheduling, coordinating doctor visits, and addressing any pre-treatment inquiries. This role is key to maintaining excellent customer service and patient satisfaction within our doctor-on-call services.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Patients & Relatives:
Communicate with patients' relatives to schedule appointments and provide essential details about the consultation process.
Provide Information & Support:
Offer accurate information regarding the services available, treatment procedures, and the doctor's arrival schedule.
Appointment Scheduling:
Manage and confirm appointment schedules for doctor visits, ensuring that all necessary details are communicated to patients and their families.
Pre-Consultation Guidance:
Assist relatives with pre-treatment procedures and guide them through any necessary paperwork or formalities.
Manage Patient Data:
Ensure that all patient-related information is updated accurately in our system and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Liaison Between Relatives and Doctors:
Act as the main point of contact between patients' relatives and the doctors, ensuring clear communication before, during, and after consultations.
Provide Excellent Customer Service:
Ensure relatives and patients feel valued, cared for, and informed about their treatment process.
Problem-Solving:
Address any concerns or questions from relatives regarding the service, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the medical team and administrative staff to provide effective and timely services.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role (minimum 2 years), preferably in a doctor-on-call or telemedicine setup.
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Prior experience with appointment scheduling, patient coordination, and customer service is highly preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor with a focus on customer care.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and any hospital management or booking software.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
