Patient Relations Officer - Emiratization (Part-Time) - Al-Futtaim Health - Dubai, UAE
Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Health is inviting Emirati professionals to join the Patient Relations team at HealthHub Clinics in JVC and Festival City, Dubai. This part-time role focuses on delivering high-quality patient support, managing front-desk and administrative processes, and ensuring smooth coordination between patients, clinicians, and insurance providers within a modern healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end operational support to patients including appointments, insurance approvals, invoicing, and general inquiries
Ensure accurate flow of medical information between physicians, patients, and third-party payers using approved medical coding practices
Act as a liaison for insurance claims, billing follow-ups, and payment coordination
Organize and maintain patient records, clinic documentation, and daily paperwork
Deliver a high standard of customer service while guiding patients through clinic processes
Handle cash, credit card, and insurance payments, reconcile transactions, and maintain financial records
Support a safe, welcoming, and organized clinic environment
Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical and administrative teams to support optimal patient care
Ideal Profile
UAE national with a minimum Diploma qualification
At least 1 year of experience in insurance coordination, customer service, invoicing, or cash handling
Fluent in English and Arabic
Strong computer literacy and documentation skills
Skills Set
Knowledge of medical insurance processes, invoicing, and basic coding
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Good analytical and decision-making abilities
Adaptable, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare setting
