Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients and visitors, providing clear, accurate, and professional information at all times
Manage patient appointments, follow-ups, and communication to ensure continuity of care
Handle patient feedback, concerns, and complaints with empathy and professionalism, escalating when required
Coordinate closely with doctors, nurses, and support teams to maintain efficient patient flow
Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare standards
Support patients with insurance approvals, billing queries, and service explanations
Promote HealthHub services and support initiatives that enhance patient experience and loyalty
Ideal Profile
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
Minimum two years of experience in a patient-facing role within a healthcare environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Working knowledge of healthcare systems and proficiency in MS Office
Understanding of UAE healthcare regulations and insurance processes is an advantage
