Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related discipline
• Minimum two years of experience in a patient-facing role within a healthcare environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Working knowledge of MS Office and healthcare management systems
• Understanding of UAE healthcare regulations and insurance processes is an advantage
