We are looking for a Patient Coordinator who can handle patient enquiries with speed and professionalism and convert them into booked consultations. This is a performance-based role, not a receptionist position. The ideal candidate must hold her own valid visa.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to all patient enquiries within 5 minutes (WhatsApp, Instagram, calls)
Qualify patients and identify their main concerns and urgency
Direct patients to book consultations, not just provide prices
Follow up with unconverted leads
Maintain accurate lead records in the system
Protect the doctor's time by filtering serious patients
Requirements:
Experience in medical, dental, or aesthetic clinics preferred
Strong communication skills on WhatsApp and phone
Organized, fast, and confident in leading conversations
Sales-oriented mindset
KPIs:
Response time
Lead to consultation booking rate
Lead quality
