Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and messages from patients in a professional and courteous manner.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using our CRM and scheduling systems.
Make outbound calls to remind patients of upcoming visits and follow-ups.
Provide information about clinic services, procedures, and doctors.
Update and maintain accurate patient records in the CRM.
Collaborate with reception and medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Handle patient inquiries and resolve minor issues efficiently.

Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month
