Known for delivering exceptional care in a welcoming and professional environment, we are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Patient Coordinator to join our growing team and help enhance the patient experience.Role Overview:We are seeking a well-presented, outgoing, and proactive Patient Coordinator to be the front face and voice of clinic. This individual will play a critical role in managing patient relationships, handling administrative responsibilities, and maintaining the clinic's presence across digital platforms.Key Responsibilities:Greet and welcome patients, ensuring a warm and professional first impressionSchedule and confirm appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate with cliniciansHandle incoming calls, emails, and patient queries in a courteous and efficient mannerManage the clinic's social media presence and assist in basic marketing efforts as when its required Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentialitySupport daily clinic operations and ensure smooth patient flowFollow up with patients as needed, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retentionRequirements:Nationality: Ideally Indian; Filipino candidates also consideredGender: Open to both male and female candidatesMust be well-groomed, professional, and confidentExcellent verbal and written English skillsExperience:Prior experience in a dental/medical clinic is a strong advantagemanaging patients Proficient in social media management and general IT skills
