Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Coordinator located in Dubai. The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for phone etiquette, appointment scheduling, sales and cross sales, medical terminology, and effective communication with patients while showing empathy and maintaining confidentiality. The Patient Coordinator will also be responsible for managing patient check-in, check-out, and ensuring that patients have a positive experience.
