Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused
Patient Care Pharmacist
to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring safe, effective, and personalized medication use for patients, while providing high-quality pharmaceutical care and health education.Key Responsibilities:
Review and interpret prescriptions to ensure accuracy and patient safety Counsel patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and interactions Monitor patient therapy and collaborate with healthcare providers for optimal outcomes Provide support in chronic disease management and medication adherence Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in line with regulatory standards Participate in medication therapy management (MTM) and health screening initiatives Ensure compliance with all local laws and pharmacy regulations
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
Valid UAE pharmacist license
fromDOH (HAAD), DHA, or MOH
Minimum 2 years of experience in a patient-facing role (hospital or community) Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and UAE healthcare practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantageJob Type: Full-time
