.to manage patient journeys across our
medical and aesthetic clinics
.Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist patients from first contact to post-treatment follow-up Coordinate appointments, treatments, and doctor schedules Explain medical and aesthetic treatment plans, pricing, and packages Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings Liaise between doctors, nurses, front desk, and patients Handle insurance approvals (medical side) and self-pay packages (aesthetic side) Maintain patient records and CRM systems Ensure high patient satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
Minimum 2-4 years experience as a Patient Care Coordinator or similar role in the UAE
Experience inmedical and/or aesthetic clinics
(mandatory) Strong sales and communication skillsFluent in Arabic & English

Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple patientsWhat We Offer:
