  • Follows and maintain policies & procedures for international patient safety goals
  • Demonstrates an ability to assist physicians in the clinic
  • Respond to and follow up patients' needs, requests and concerns as appropriate
  • Effectively manages multiple priorities, tasks, and responsibilities
  • To be flexible, organized, and function under stressful situations
  • Ensures patient safety and reports any incidents or unsafe practice to the Senior Staff Nurse/Chief Nurse
  • Be involved in any aspects of training that need to be cascaded to the whole team such as moving & handling/infection control
  • Be prepared to extend knowledge and skills by rotation to other areas in consultation with the Head of Nursing
  • To assist patients on arrival i.e. for clinical assessment/radiology, etc.
  • Assists in collecting and delivering service for the ward/clinic e.g. pharmacy, stores, laboratory, etc.
