About the Role:

Responsible for assessing the patient arrival and departure to the clinic as well as non-medical support during the treatment session.

Key responsibilities:

The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not limited to:

Receive patient at clinic main entrance and escorts them to the treatment area Should show a welcoming attitude to the patient and the patients family Respectfully prevents family members from going into the treatment area Assists patient needs and distribution of meals as per the schedule Assists patient's medication delivery as well as documentation requirements Keeps clinic equipment/assets (e.g. wheel chair) in good shape. Help with daily delivery of consumables from warehouse to treatment area.

Qualifications:

Education

- High school or equivalent.

Experience

- Flexible and Adaptable

- Personable and Energetic

Languages

- Arabic, English is also desirable

IT Skills

- Basic computer knowledge
