Role Overview The ideal candidate will have experience in all Laboratory departments like Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Molecular biology, and Serology. Oversee the management and running of Referral medical laboratory and its staff. Role Responsibilities Supervise pathology units in lab such as clinical chemistry, serology, and microbiology. Monitor each testing process (pre-analytical, analytical, and post-analytical) used in the laboratory in order to identify errors or potential problems that could result in errors and to make sure that the laboratory provides quality services. Assist with the administration of network systems and servers, to ensure availability of services to authorized users. Operate laboratory equipment such as cell counters and microscopes, use medical equipment and computerized systems to perform various lab tests Technological skills are needed because Pathologists use both clinical and other computerized equipment. They should also be up-to-date with the latest laboratory technology. Ensure safety regulation assure quality according to ISO 15189 accreditation and criteria, review ,validate the laboratory\'s policies and SOP\'s Reporting and advisory services in all Medical Laboratory services. Qualifications and Skills. Microbiology education qualification. Advanced knowledge of medical terminology and biology. Extensive experience and skill in the field of pathology required. mohLicense required. knowledge of basic aspects as well as advancement of Major Pathology fields such as Hematology, Clinical Chemistry, Immunology, Microbiology and Blood Bank.
