We are seeking a skilled Pathologist to join our esteemed medical team. In this position, you will be responsible for diagnosing diseases by examining laboratory specimens such as tissues and fluids. Your critical evaluations will be key in assisting the healthcare team to provide optimal patient care. Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough microscopic examinations of tissue samples and cytological specimens. Prepare and deliver detailed pathology reports outlining findings and diagnoses to informing treatment methodologies. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers regarding patient diagnoses and management plans. Stay abreast of developments in the field of pathology and participate in relevant continuing education. Involvement in quality assurance programs to maintain laboratory standards and regulatory compliance. Serve as a mentor and resource for junior pathology staff and trainees. MD or DO degree with specialization in Pathology and board certification. Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of practice. A minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical pathology. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
