Pathologist

Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pathologist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for examining laboratory samples, interpreting diagnostic results, and supporting clinicians with accurate and timely pathology reports in accordance with MOH healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities----
Examine and diagnose disease through laboratory analysis of tissues, blood, and other body fluids
Interpret and validate laboratory test results
Prepare and sign pathology reports accurately and on time
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff for patient diagnosis and treatment planning
Ensure compliance with MOH regulations and laboratory standards
Maintain quality assurance and participate in audits and accreditation processes
Supervise laboratory technical staff when required
Requirements----
MBBS with specialization in Pathology
Valid MOH / DHA / DOH license or eligibility to obtain one
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in pathology
Strong diagnostic and analytical skills
Good communication and reporting abilities
Knowledge of laboratory quality standards and infection control protocols
Preferred Skills----
Experience in Histopathology / Hematology / Clinical Pathology
Familiarity with LIS and EMR systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
