Job Title: Pastry Sous ChefJob Summary This is a full-time, on-site Pastry Sous Chef role located in Sharjah. The Pastry Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Head Pastry Chef in creating and executing pastry menus, producing baked goods, and ensuring timely delivery of all pastry items. The successful candidate will also participate in training and supervising junior pastry chefs and will maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions in work areas. Qualifications degree or equivalent in Pastry, Culinary Arts or a related field 2+ years of experience in pastry and baking, with previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role Excellent knowledge of baking and pastry techniques, tools, and equipment Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example and inspire others Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and knowledge of current culinary trends in pastry and baking Job Type: Full-time Ability to Commute:
