Role Purpose
To ensure consistent execution of brand-standard pastry and gelato recipes across all outlets by training teams, enforcing SOPs, and maintaining quality, food safety, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Execution
Train kitchen and production teams on
pre-defined, brand-approved pastry and gelato recipes
.
Deliver structured onboarding and refresher training across multiple outlets.
Ensure correct use of equipment, production processes, and presentation standards.
Standardization & Quality Control
Enforce compliance with standardized recipes, SOPs, portioning, and yield controls.
Conduct regular outlet visits to audit product quality, consistency, and execution.
Identify deviations and provide immediate corrective coaching.
Multi-Outlet Operational Support
Support new outlet openings, menu rollouts, and operational transitions.
Work closely with Operations Managers and Store Managers to address execution gaps.
Assist outlets during peak periods to ensure production efficiency and consistency.
Food Safety & Compliance
Train teams on food safety, hygiene, storage, and temperature control standards.
Ensure compliance with HACCP and local regulatory requirements across all outlets.
Monitor cleanliness, equipment handling, and allergen management.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Assess staff competency against brand standards.
Identify recurring training gaps across outlets and implement corrective training plans.
Provide regular feedback and reports to Operations and Culinary leadership.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong practical knowledge of pastry production. Gelato production knowledge would be an advantage.
Experience training teams across multiple locations.
High attention to detail and consistency.
Strong communication and coaching skills.
Ability to work flexibly across outlets and support operations as needed.
