Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pastry cum Baker to join our culinary team. This dual-role position involves preparing a variety of baked goods, pastries, and desserts, while supporting kitchen team. The ideal candidate should be hardworking, eager to learn, and have a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake breads, rolls, cakes, pastries, and other baked goods. Assist with daily production in both the pastry and bakery sections. Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients and products. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and equipment. Support senior kitchen staff as needed and follow kitchen protocols. Comply with food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
Can join IMMEDIATELY Have transferable work visa Prior experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen is an advantage. Basic knowledge of baking and pastry preparation techniques. Passionate about the craft of baking and desserts. Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude. Willing to learn, take direction, and work in a team environment. Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
