Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine pastry and dessert recipes
Improve existing menu items and introduce new concepts
Standardize recipes, portioning, and production methods
Train and guide kitchen staff on pastry techniques and best practices
Support cost control, sourcing, and ingredient optimization
Ensure high standards of quality, consistency, and food safety
Requirements
Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef & Consultant
Strong knowledge of bakery and pastry production
Experience in menu development and kitchen training
Ability to work independently and provide clear guidance
Prior experience in cafes, restaurants, or hospitality brands is preferred
