Salary: up to 10K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus duty meals, tips, and incentives

\xef\x82\xa7 Execute precise baking techniques and oversee the production process of pastries and desserts and ensure consistent quality, taste, and appearance of all baked goods.
\xef\x82\xa7 Collaborate with management to design and update pastry menus and create visually appealing and attractive pastry displays to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
\xef\x82\xa7 Maintain strict quality control standards throughout the production process and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations.
\xef\x82\xa7 Supervise and train pastry staff, providing guidance on baking techniques, recipe execution, and time management.
