Prepare and bake artisan croissants, sourdough bread, and other specialty bakery items.
Ensure consistency, taste, and presentation of all baked goods.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bakery.
Monitor inventory of baking ingredients and report shortages.
Experiment with new recipes and seasonal menu items.
Work with the team to meet daily production targets.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Baker or Pastry Chef.
Strong knowledge of artisan baking techniques (sourdough, laminated dough, pastries).
Ability to work early morning shifts.
Creativity, passion for baking, and attention to detail.
Good teamwork and time management skills.
