As our

Pastry Chef

, you will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of desserts and baked goods, including traditional pastries, cakes, tarts, and custom creations. You will have the freedom to create and innovate while ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, desserts, and specialty baked goods. Develop new recipes and seasonal menu items in line with customer preferences and current trends. Oversee daily pastry production and ensure consistency and quality in every item. Manage inventory and order ingredients and supplies as needed. Ensure the kitchen complies with all hygiene and food safety regulations. Train and supervise junior bakers and kitchen assistants. Collaborate with the bakery management team on product planning and special orders.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role. Knowledge of classic and modern pastry techniques. Strong creativity and a passion for baking and presentation. Ability to manage time efficiently in a high-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Team leadership skills and the ability to train and guide others. Culinary degree or pastry certification is a plus. Speaking, Writing Arabic is a plus.
