Key Responsibilities:
1. Baking & Pastry Creation
? Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, desserts, bread, cakes, and other baked goods.
? Develop and test new pastry recipes while maintaining high-quality standards.
? Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation for all items.
2. Menu Development & Innovation
? Collaborate with the Head Chef to create seasonal and specialty dessert menus.
? Experiment with new techniques and flavors to enhance the menu.
? Customize pastries and cakes for special events or customer requests.
3. Kitchen Management & Efficiency
? Oversee pastry station operations and ensure smooth workflow.
? Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
? Manage baking schedules to meet daily production demands.
4. Quality Control & Food Safety
? Ensure all ingredients and finished products meet quality and freshness standards.
? Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
? Monitor proper storage, labeling, and handling of ingredients.
5. Inventory & Cost Control
? Manage ingredient stock levels and place orders when necessary.
? Control portion sizes and minimize waste to maintain cost efficiency.
? Work with suppliers to source high-quality baking ingredients.
6. Team Supervision & Training
? Train and mentor junior pastry chefs and baking staff.
? Delegate tasks efficiently to maintain a productive kitchen environment.
? Ensure staff follows recipes and maintains consistency in pastry production.
7. Customer Satisfaction & Special Orders
? Ensure desserts and pastries meet customer expectations in taste and presentation.
? Handle custom cake and pastry orders for special events.
? Take feedback and make necessary improvements to enhance the pastry experience.
Requirements:
? Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker.
? Strong knowledge of baking techniques and pastry arts.
? Creativity and attention to detail in dessert presentation.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
