Responsibilities of a Sous Chef in Charge: Manage all activities in the kitchen, including pastries preparation and production, and management and training of kitchen staff. Ensure efficient, cost-effective operation and profitability of food production. Assist the head chef in Supervising and inspecting all preparation and cooking equipment on a regular basis to ensure that they are kept clean, sanitary, and in perfect operating order. Ensure that food products (pastry, bakery), presentation are of the highest quality, and are prepared to dispatch in a timely manner. Assure kitchen personnel is responsible and can work with no to little experience Experience & skills we value: Chef De Partie or Sous Chef experience in the UAE. Strong Supervisory skills. Excellent Planning & Organizational skills Great communication skills. Full operational and team involvement. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
