Come up with new recipes and creative ideas.
Maintain up to date knowledge about pastry arts and ingredients.
Ensure proper storage of materials and supplies.
Monitor inventory status on regular basis and take necessary action to ensure material and stock available by at least 60% at all time.
Creative in decorating pastries and desserts.
Ensure great presentation of products.
Ensure workplace is tidy, clean, and always sanitized.
Prepare, monitor, and track operation schedule on daily basis.
Ensure customer satisfaction at highest level.
Support management for any activity when and as required.
