Kharafi Global brands include Baker & Spice, Leila, Nino, Johnny Rockets, Kateh, Routini, Principale, Jay Biryani, Taboonat and Bredz We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team, if you feel you have the passion and zeal to work for a leading organization then this is your time: Pastry Chef - Strong Knowledge of pastries, knowledge of developing new pastry or designer cakes. - Experienced in laminated dough and croissant - Experienced in high end decorated cakes - Experience in French and American style pastries - Experience in plated desserts - Baking experience with sweet doughs - Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts with 8-10 years' experience, independently running a pastry with Jr. Chefs or CDPs.
