Pastry Chef

to join our team and create high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked items that match our brand standards.

Responsibilities



Prepare and produce a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods. Develop new dessert items and seasonal menus aligned with HUOM's style. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control. Monitor ingredient quality and maintain proper storage procedures. Manage daily production schedules and organize the pastry station efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and comply with all food safety and hygiene standards. Assist with inventory, stock control, and ordering ingredients when required. Train and support junior pastry staff if needed. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations.

Requirements



Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role. Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and dessert preparation. Creativity and ability to design visually appealing pastries. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Good time-management and organizational skills. Knowledge of food safety and HACCP standards. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
