Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, pastries, and desserts from scratch
Innovate seasonal and signature items for our menu
Ensure high standards of hygiene, presentation, and taste
Manage inventory and ordering of baking supplies
Collaborate with the team to meet daily production goals
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Baker (minimum 2 years preferred)
Knowledge of classic and modern pastry techniques
Creativity and attention to detail
Ability to work early mornings and weekends
Food safety certification is a plus
