We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled baker passionate about creating innovative gluten-free, vegan, and sugar-free desserts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and prepare gluten-free, vegan, sugar-free, and high-protein bakery products (cakes, breads, cookies, brownies, pastries, etc.)
Innovate and test new recipes aligned with brand standards.
Ensure consistency, taste, and presentation of all baked goods.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
Manage baking schedules, inventory, and ingredient sourcing.
Stay updated on health-conscious baking trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a baker/pastry chef (gluten-free/vegan/sugar-free baking experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of alternative flours (almond, coconut, oat, etc.), plant-based substitutes, and natural sweeteners (monkfruit, stevia, erythritol, etc.).
Creativity and ability to develop new recipes.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Based in Dubai with valid work eligibility.
