, ensuring they meet the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation. This role also involves supporting menu development for both our restaurant and special events.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present a variety of
pastries, cakes, tarts, mousses, cookies, and Western-style desserts
.
Develop and test new dessert recipes that align with our farm-to-table concept.
Ensure consistent taste, texture, and visual appeal of all pastry items.
Operate and maintain pastry equipment, ovens, and utensils properly.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the pastry kitchen.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely ordering/restocking of ingredients.
Assist in planning dessert menus for events, banquets, and restaurant service.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years' experience
as a Pastry Chef, specializing in Western desserts.
Strong knowledge of baking and pastry techniques, both classic and modern.
Creativity and passion for presentation and recipe innovation.
Team-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to join
