We're Hiring: Creative Pastry Chef (High-Volume Experience Required). Gluten-Free and Keto experience is an Advantage. We are looking for an experienced Pastry Chef and an Artist to elevate our flavors, presentations, and creativity.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary Range: AED 4,300 - AED 4,700 per month (non-negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
Innovate and improve our gluten-free pastry and dessert range
Develop eye-catching, premium-quality products suitable for retail, hotels, and airlines
Optimize recipes for consistent output in high volumes
Work closely with our production team to implement new items efficiently
Ensure flavor integrity, texture, and shelf stability
Maintain strict hygiene, allergen, and gluten-free compliance standards
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years' experience in pastry creation, ideally with gluten-free knowledge
Proven experience in mass production (hotel, airline, or central kitchen scale)
Strong artistic eye for dessert styling and presentation
Experience with modern techniques (entremets, glazes, inclusions, layering, etc.)
Comfortable working within tight timelines and batch planning
Creative mindset but highly disciplined with execution
