Proven experience as a Pastry Chef/Baker or in a similar role in a professional kitchen or bakery.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry arts, and food safety regulations.

Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle heavy equipment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
