We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pastry arts, with specific expertise in Arabic pastries. Experience in healthy food catering is a plus, demonstrating versatility and commitment to quality.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and present a variety of Arabic pastries and desserts
Develop new pastry recipes and menu items
Ensure high standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station
Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver exceptional food quality
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
Knowledge of Arabic pastries is essential
Experience in healthy food catering is a plus
Ability to start immediately
Strong attention to detail and creativity
Good communication skills in Arabic and English is preferred
