Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and bake a wide variety of pastries, desserts, breads, and bakery products. Produce croissants, bread, baguettes, and other baked goods while maintaining high quality standards. Create and decorate customized cakes based on client or business requirements. Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, portioning, and product quality. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards within the pastry section. Follow recipes, portion controls, and daily production schedules. Coordinate with the kitchen team to meet daily production and operational needs. Properly handle ingredients, tools, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.

Requirements:



Minimum

2 years of experience

as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role. Proven ability to prepare different types of pastries and baked products. Strong knowledge of

croissant, bread, and baguette preparation

. Experience in customized cake making and decoration.

Sample photos and videos of previous pastry work are required

for screening. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Willingness to work under

company-provided accommodation and transportation

. Good time management, creativity, and attention to detail.
