Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or relevant role
Culinary degree or certification in pastry arts preferred
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, pastry equipment, and ingredients
Creative flair and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
