Job Description

aily Responsibilities



Prepare and bake pastries

- including cakes, cookies, tarts, eclairs, croissants, pies, and specialty desserts.

Develop new dessert recipes

and seasonal offerings to keep the menu fresh and innovative.

Ensure consistency in taste and presentation

of all pastries and desserts.

Follow recipes and portion controls

to reduce waste and maintain cost control.

Maintain high standards of hygiene

and cleanliness in the pastry station and kitchen.

Check the quality of ingredients

and ensure freshness and proper storage.

Decorate and finish pastries

with attention to detail for presentation.

Operational & Administrative Tasks



Plan and organize production schedules

based on daily needs and special events.

Monitor inventory

of baking supplies and ingredients; request stock when needed.

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations

and internal policies.

Collaborate with the head chef or executive chef

to align pastry offerings with the overall menu.

Train and supervise junior pastry staff or assistants

when necessary.

Maintain and care for baking equipment

, ensuring functionality and cleanliness.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR3,500.00 per month
