Pastry Chef / Cake Decorator

Job Description
We are looking to hire a skilled 3D cake decorator to design and decorate cakes according to customers\xe2\x80\x99 specifications and preferences. - Producing and decorating regular bakery items according to established bakery standards. - Producing different kinds of icing, frosting, and cake fillings based on cake type and customer preferences. - Produce, design, and decorate custom cakes covered in both buttercream and fondant. - Neatly and accurately sculpt two-dimensional and three-dimensional figures using fondant, gum paste, modeling chocolate, etc. - Cleaning and sanitizing all work areas and ovens as well as baking and decorating equipment. Requirements:
- Proven baking and cake decorating experience.
- Must be familiar with the use of commercial mixing machines, ovens, various cake decorating instruments, and tools.
- Detail-oriented, artistic, and creative
- Have positive, high energy, friendly, enthusiastic, team-oriented attitude
- Be able to handle high pressure and volume and work quickly. Be able to follow instructions and directions and have excellent communication skills.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
