What you will be doing: You will assist in delivering high-quality bakery and pastry products to all food and beverage outlets and banquets. To set in close conjunction with the Executive Chef annual operating targets, which will form part of the hotel's yearly business plan. Ensures that all bakery pastry preparation and presentation and kitchen sanitation practices meet the hotel standards and local legislation. Your experience and skills include:

Must have previous working experience as a Pastry Chef for a minimum of 2 years. Certificate in culinary arts or similar field. Should have in-depth knowledge of sanitation principles and great attention to detail and creativity.
