Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Arabic Speaker Pastry Chef to lead the preparation of high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking, a flair for presentation, and the ability to innovate while maintaining consistency and quality.

Key Responsibilities Prepare a wide variety of baked goods including cakes, cookies, pies, breads, and tarts using traditional and modern recipes. Design and develop new dessert recipes to refresh the menu and attract customers. Decorate pastries and desserts with artistic flair using icings, toppings, and other techniques. Monitor inventory of baking ingredients and order supplies within budget. Ensure all baked goods meet quality and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry section. Train and supervise pastry assistants and junior bakers. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to coordinate dessert offerings for events and daily service.

Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, with a minimum of 7 years' experience as Pastry Chef. Strong knowledge of baking techniques, food safety, and nutrition. Creativity and attention to detail in flavor and presentation. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. A culinary degree or certification in pastry arts is preferred.
