We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to lead our pastry section and deliver high-quality baked goods and desserts. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation while maintaining hygiene and food safety standards.
Proven experience of 3 years as a Pastry Chef, Baker in a professional kitchen, especially French kitchen.
Culinary degree or pastry certification is preferred.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dessert presentation, and food safety standards.
Creativity and attention to detail in recipe development and presentation.
Excellent time management, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
