Salary: AED 3,500 - 3,700
Working Hours (Split Duty): 10 hours/day
Morning Shift: 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Break: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Evening Shift: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Visa: Provided
Contract: 2 years
Applicant: Local candidates only

Role Overview
The Pastry Chef is responsible for preparing high-quality pastries, cakes, desserts, and bakery items for the cafe. The role requires creativity, discipline, and adherence to hygiene and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare pastries, cakes, desserts, and other bakery items
Ensure proper presentation and taste quality of products
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Coordinate with cafe staff for smooth operations
Be ready to work split duty shifts

Candidate Requirements
Experience in pastries, cakes, desserts, and bakery items
Cafe or bakery experience preferred
Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
Responsible, disciplined, and punctual
