to join our fine dining team. The ideal candidate will assist in the preparation, baking, and presentation of high-quality pastries, breads, and desserts, while also supporting the kitchen in other culinary tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a wide variety of baked goods such as cakes, cookies, tarts, breads, and pastries following traditional and modern recipes.
Assist in the daily production and service of desserts and bakery items.
Measure and mix ingredients, knead dough, and operate bakery equipment.
Decorate and present pastries and desserts with creativity and attention to detail.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstations.
Ensure consistency and quality of all bakery and pastry products.
Support senior chefs in food preparation and other tasks as required.
Monitor stock levels and communicate supply needs to the kitchen supervisor or chef.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines according to UAE regulations.
